I’m currently on a plane writing this on my way to Palm Springs to spend time with, take photos with, and dine on amazing food with my wonderful friends Mary, Jill, and Julie. Our last trip together was to San Francisco where we stayed at the Good Hotel. Food highlights of the trip were definitely having breakfast at Tartine and ice cream at Bi-Rite (I highly recommend both). Also, Mama’s had really amazing brunch, but I’m not sure if I’d wait in line for a 45 minutes again. No. I’m lying; I probably would. But! I wouldn’t admit to doing it twice. I just really loved their French toast and our server was the best.
We drank wine in Dolores Park, took a double decker bus tour of San Francisco to see the Golden Gate Bridge, ate pizza slices bigger than our heads, chatted with a French couple while eating al fresco in Little Italy, and rode the trolley enough times for me to fall in love with it. San Francisco was everything I’d hoped it would be and I really can’t wait to travel back.

It really is the BEST city in the world when the sun is shining. Your photos make me wanna go back!!

Kim - Absolutely adored this fun-loving view of SF! One of my besties is a long-time employee at Tartine and during my visit last year she let me sneak behind the counter for an ultra cool behind-the-scenes look at the famous bakery. All I have to say is, those peeps work their asses off!
